Yostar Announces TV Anime for Kirara's Shogi Manga, Gokigen You, Ikkyoku Ikaga?
Another Kirara manga is heading to the screen! Tsukasa Unohana's shogi-themed yonkoma, Gokigen You, Ikkyoku Ikaga?, will receive a TV anime adaptation. Video game developer Yostar announced the news, revealing studio Felix Film will produce. Director Kaori (The Quintessential Quintuplets 2) leads the project, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Shangri-La Frontier) on series composition. Fans of cute girls doing cute things have been waiting for this one. Manga Time Kirara Carat has a long history of popular slice-of-life adaptations, and this shogi club story looks set to continue that trend.
