Why Is There a White Claw Article in Our Queue?

Okay, team. We're not quite sure how this ended up in our publishing queue, but here we are. Apparently, hard seltzer brand White Claw has dropped a new summer merchandise collection. It’s a collaboration with singer-songwriter Teddy Swims, featuring hoodies, t-shirts, and something called a 'Floatmate' for keeping your drinks afloat in the water.

This collection is part of Swims' year-long partnership with White Claw, aiming to encourage 'meaningful social connections' over a couple of Claws. Quotes from Teddy Swims himself and White Claw's VP of Marketing, Kevin Brady, emphasize themes of friendship, slowing down, and celebrating summer.

While we appreciate good marketing as much as the next news site, we feel compelled to point out that this has absolutely zero to do with manga, anime, light novels, or anything else we typically cover here at Catzye. There are no cute anime girl mascots for the Floatmate, no limited-edition Attack on Titan-themed hard seltzers, and definitely no new Teddy Swims opening theme for a shonen series we missed.
