Halo fans have a long wait ahead! A full-cast audio drama adaptation of Eric Nylund's iconic novel, Halo: The Fall of Reach, won't arrive until November 10, 2026. This landmark project, celebrating Halo's 25th Anniversary, finally brings the Master Chief's true origin story to life in a new immersive format.
Halo Studios and Simon & Schuster are collaborating on the production. Crucially, the audio drama features the legendary voices of Steve Downes as Master Chief, Jen Taylor as Dr. Catherine Halsey and Cortana, and Tim Dadabo as narrator. They're joined by a full cast, all backed by a new cinematic sound design and score. What's more, this adaptation is based on the updated text from the forthcoming Halo: The Master Chief Omnibus, offering fans a definitive take on humanity's desperate struggle against the Covenant.
