Fugitive Doctor Plunges into Ancient Greece to Battle Daleks in Circuit Breaker Crossover

Jo Martin's Fugitive Doctor just dropped a new "transmission," giving fans a fresh look at the epic multimedia crossover event, Circuit Breaker. The biggest reveal? Her next mission plunges her into ancient Greece to battle Daleks in Titan Comics' "Adversary of the Daleks." Ancient history and iconic villains collide in a truly unexpected twist.
This isn't just another Doctor Who story. BBC Studios' sprawling "Circuit Breaker" saga throws the Fugitive Doctor, played by Jo Martin, against a gauntlet of classic foes: Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, even a rogue Weeping Angel. Her mission? To mend the very fabric of reality. UNIT's Black Archive Head, Petronella Osgood (Ingrid Oliver), is on the scene, though this Doctor is clearly unlike any she's encountered. A shadowy "bigger bad" pulls the strings, adding layers of mystery.
The event spans an impressive array of mediums, including multiple Titan Comics issues, audio dramas, books, and even games. Fans can expect more comic action with "Dawn of the Daleks" on war-ravaged Skaro. What's more, Jo Martin herself is penning a Penguin Random House book, "The Kaleidoscope," offering a unique look into her Doctor. Big Finish Productions and BBC Audio are also on board, with Martin narrating some of the adventures.
“Jo Martin shared, "There are so many layers to her, and we're just finding these layers, which has been a real gift and a real joy."”
Catzye Take
This crossover is huge, giving fans an unprecedented deep dive into the Fugitive Doctor's untold history. What's truly exciting is Jo Martin's involvement in shaping her character's narrative, hinting at significant revelations about this mysterious incarnation of the Time Lord.
