Demons, Goats, and Cults: Love, Death & Robots Writer Philip Gelatt Unleashes New Horror Comic

Forget everything you thought you knew about horror comics. Bad Idea Comics just unveiled its most bonkers project yet: It Demands Sacrifice, a new series from a powerhouse creative team that promises demonic cults, cute goats, and a whole lot of blood.
Emmy Award-winning screenwriter Philip Gelatt (LOVE, DEATH & ROBOTS), acclaimed filmmaker David Yarovesky (BRIGHTBURN), and visionary artist Adam Pollina (X-FORCE) are carving up this shocking event. Originally teased as "Project: GOAT," the series now delivers on its ominous new title, heading to shelves in September 2026.
Here's the setup: Bronson, the smallest in a family of goats, lives an idyllic farm life. That peace shatters when a drug-fueled, sex-obsessed satanic hippie murder cult descends, slaughtering his family and abducting Bronson. Deep in the wilderness, under a blood-red moon, hundreds of cult followers gather for an ancient ritual. Their goal? Sacrifice the goats, summon a ravenous demon.
“Innocent, outmatched, and absurdly cute, Bronson must summon courage to save his family from knife-wielding cultists and unspeakable horrors.”
